Training
The variety of vehicles we provide to cater to the different needs of our corporate customers for Employee Transportation is like the body. The Drivers are the life-breath of our organisation. The quality of driving and their behaviour will determine customer satisfaction as much as the vehicle condition. Therefore, SAT Mobility Solutions places great weightage on providing training to its drivers beyond driving skills.
We provide periodic training for our drivers and have integrated it in our calendar.
The training involves:
- Training them in defensive driving schools. For this, we have engaged Road Safety Experts, to provide the requisite skills.
- Client specific operational guidelines, as every client has a list of Dos and Don’ts. Adhering to these are important from a compliance point of view as well as to give satisfaction.
- Regular huddle sessions are being also organised at the site level. This is great for team-building and improving the sense of ownership and belongingness of the drivers. A happy driver drives well and delights the customer.
The training activity also enables us to live up to our promise of ensuring the Safety and Security as we are able to align our drivers with our vision and establish a Culture of Safety. Implementing best practices and continuous improvement become easier due to our drivers understanding our needs and imbibing the values that we stand for.
They are supported in this by appropriate technology and are guided by professionals at all time.
